Episode 7: The Physics of Christina Hendricks
We've been running a little sporadic lately, due in part to Jonathan being in transition between Chicago and Los Angeles and being without reliable internet until he gets out here. But Lis and I had some stuff we wanted to talk about, so we went ahead and threw an episode in here. We will be taking another couple of weeks off, not returning until Jon is here in August.
When we do return, we'll be starting a new feature discussing films available on Netflix Instant Watch. The first film we will be watching and discussing is Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing, so if you have Instant Watch or another means of getting this film, you can watch it too and be more engaged in our discussion, which WILL BE spoilery.

MATES OF STATE long way home WEBSTER HALL NYC April 6 2009
Mates of State performing their cover of Tom Waits' "Long Way Home", featured in Episode 6. Actually, the part I played at the beginning of the show is just the little intro that they added to the song on the album, I believe, and I'm not sure they do that part live. But it worked for a 30-second opener, so whatever. :)
